Went in today and filled out an application and hope I get accepted. The 2 ladies in the office were super friendly. Looks like a nice friendly community and the rent prices are very reasonable for the location. For all the people complaining about the additional utilities, that's how it is at nearly every apartment complex in Colorado. A 2 bedroom for just over 1000$ is very reasonable. After utilities and additional costs I imagine it will be somewhere in the 1200 to 1300 range. I have seen plenty of others on the area charging 1400 plus that end up being over 1600 for a 2 br. It's great there is a playground and pool. Yes the buildings are older but everything seems clean and well managed. I really hope we get in here and make this our home. I will continue to update this post as my experience continues.
Update - I have lived here for 3 months now. There were a few small issues when I moved in such as a leak under the kitchen sink and maintenance got there the same day to fix it. For less immediate issues they will still get to it within a week. Much better than my last apartment where I could end up waiting weeks. It usually pretty quiet and I have had 0 issues with noisy neighbors. They are currently doing spring updates like painting things and lawn care and the place has been looking amazing.
When I moved in I fell on hard times due to my wife losing her job due to the COVID 19 situation. They were willing to work with me on splitting my security deposite up over a few months. This was a big help and I'm all caught up now. I would reccomend this place to anyone as it is very affordable for the area, well maintained and the staff is so friendly.
Also, ignore any negative post that's older than 3 months ago as it seems the place has drastically changed in that time period.
